I led a team that set up accounting software and have improved the processes thru automation in one of my handled companies since 2019 to generate financial reports and related financial schedules every month for management reporting that resulted in the following:
        
    1. Developed forecasting tools and dashboards to analyze revenue streams, business pipelines, and revenue variances that significantly resulted in an 8x increase in the revenue line of one of the handled companies from 2019 to 2020.
      
    2. Streamlined client’s inventory management processes yielding to 5x inventory turnover and improvement in days in inventory in 2020.
    3. Led financial due diligence to promote liquidity by ensuring timely collections of at least 98% of trade receivables within credit term from 2019 to the present.
    4. Worked with IT Teams to set up NAV 2017 Accounting system in one of the handles companies in 2019.
    5. Worked with IT Teams to set up Robotics Process Automations to streamline various processes due to the pandemic in 2020.
   6.  Worked with HR for the Investors in People (IIP) Accreditation of organization in 2019.
