Profile Description

1. Draft purchase sale agreements, lease agreements, disclosures, and any addenda needed along the way and keep a record of them on file and ensure they are shared with relevant parties.
2. Property Listing using NJMLS, GSMLS and Hudson County MLS (Rentals and Seller)
3. Preparing all pre-listing materials and obtaining essential signatures on listing agreements and disclosures using zipforms and Dotloop.
4. Assisting rental transactions (Application accepted to close)
5. Assisting buyer/seller transactions
6. Qualifying leads
7. Proficient in Skyslope for documents and compliance
8. Manage and optimize Brivity, Chime and Follow Up Boss CRM to improve the operational activities of the Client based on priorities, including transaction and database management.
9. Close out of file after the closing including changing the MLS status to closed for our listings, double-checking the file, and ensuring Command Opportunity is fully complete.
10. Communicate throughout the transaction including all important dates, missing documents and file compliance status, etc.
11. Basic property management
12. Graphic designing using Canva and Photoshop.
13. Setting Up showings via ShowingTime
