I have customer service experience particularly telecommunication and health care, cold calling for solar campaigns catering US customers, with strong inbound and outbound experience dealing with bills and payments, order processing and sales transactions. I have knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator, making leads using LinkedIn. I also have an appointment setter experience using LinkedIn by using direct messaging for Linkedin and email. I handle the linkedin account of some of my clients. I do commenting, send connection requests per day, and direct message the first degree connections about our service and what we offer and set appointments to talk with my boss.
