Bulk of our tasks in my current job is on handling and inputting client instructions on our business systems. To do this, we need to have attention to details to ensure that we are reflecting the correct information in our systems, thereby generating correct reports from these information.

In my current work, we do cash reconciliation and stock reconciliation to ensure that our client's reports that are generated thru different systems are correct, and any discrepancies are properly investigated and proper action are taken.

In our job, we mostly communicate with different teams using email (thru outlook or other systems).

When I worked as an Auditor, part of our special engagement is to assist our client in the preparation/checking of their bank records thru bank reconciliation. We need to check if deposits and withdrawals are recorded in both the bank statements and the client records, and for cases wherein discrepancies are noted, these are properly investigated and the proper action are also taken (e.g. adjusting entries to be proposed, if needed be, etc.)

When I worked as an Auditor, one of our tasks is to assist our clients in the preparation of their Financial Statements.

When I worked in the private corporation, I was part of the Accounting Team. One of our tasks is to input our company's daily transactions in the accounting software (Peachtree, at that time).

I use Excel in my daily works, may it be to analyze data or do reconciliation tasks.
