With my experience as a coordinator and an admin assistant myself in Dubai— where I was formally recognized twice with excellence awards— plus my background in call center and market research interviews, which both catered to US-based businesses and respondents, I understand how important it is to make sure every customer communication is answered and dealt with as accurately and as professionally as possible within a given timeframe. This is why I empathized with every executive and business owner who had no choice but to work after hours and into the weekend. Much of this can be remedied with a reliable Customer Support VA.
