I have over 10 years of experience in Customer Service in various BPO Upgrade to see actual info my most recent job, I was a Billing Specialist for an Australian Telecommunications Company for more than 5 years and was cross-trained to handle Technical Support and later on, became an expert in Mobile Troubleshooting. I assist customers over the phone and email, and use Jira ticketing system to escalate complicated issues by creating and updating tickets.
I also have 3 years of experience in e-Commerce Industry. I handled concerns regarding fraudulent activities, reports, and reviewing negative feedback. Part of my job was to handle technical support. When the client was having issues logging in to their account of if the website is not working on the browser they were currently using.
