I’ve been in the Customer Service Industry for more than four years accumulated handling different type of customers. Throughout my experience, I have gained a valuable insight of how important a role of a Customer Service in an organization is, and that is to meet and exceed each customer’s expectation.

And also, in this day and age that most people are more open to join freelancing jobs online, I am making sure to always step my best foot forward in everything that I do and I am also improving myself by learning new skills. Just recently, I enrolled myself to a short online course for Local and International E-commerce.

I can work with minimal supervision, professional, a team player, hardworking, patient and is willing to learn new skills.
