I have BPO experience since year 2014 up to present. I can say that I am confident in conversing in English Language since I have experience in speaking with American and Australian customers. I am also familiar in using Remote Management since it is commonly used in technical support to assist customer in having their devices fixed immediately. I can also work in flexible schedule because we have morning and graveyard shifts before.
