Profile Description

I have more than 2 years of experience as a customer service representative and 7 years as a quality assurance specialist where I've worked with huge companies in the United States and Australia. 

I previously worked as a freelance social media manager, graphic designer, and video editor. When scheduling posts, I use planoly, Upgrade to see actual info, and Hootsuite. I also do hashtag research to make my client's content more visible. Part of my task as a social media manager is engaging with my client's target audience to build trust and grow the social media account. The tools that I use in editing photos are canva, adobe illustrator, and adobe photoshop, while I use Sony Vegas in editing videos.

 I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant for a pain management clinic in San Antonio, Texas, where I was responsible for scheduling patients, advising them of the doctor's plan of care, processing medication refills, insurance verification, and uploading patient's imaging reports and other documents to their electronic health record.

My most recent work experience was a Credentialing Specialist where I am responsible of collecting the necessary documents from the providers and submitting them to the payers and facilities in a timely manner, coordinating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in streamlining the internal processes and making sure that everyone is on the loop when it comes to updates.
