Profile Description

I've been working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for 6 years now. I used to work in inbound and outbound calls, such as Appointment Setter-Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Inbound Technical Support Representative, Recruitment Consultant, Outbound Sales Agent (Different campaigns), and Network Support Associate. Right now, I am a current Central Scheduler and Team leader at one of the Physical Therapy clinics in the US. I handle patient calls, answer all inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage patients' diagnoses in an EMR. I monitor my team's performance, delegate tasks, and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. During these experiences, I have improved my communication skills and learned to hone my multitasking skills, time management skills, the value of patience, and being a team player. I have learned the importance of being patience with customers, answering every question that is being asked therefore rendering the best customer satisfaction. I have sharpened my fullest potential and provide high-quality services to meet your objectives and goals.
