Profile Description

I have been working remotely for 2 years.  I have worked as a virtual assistant for an e-commerce company, handling both customer service and order processing.  I have also extensive experience in property management, both short and long term rentals alike.

I was one of the top students among the graduating class of 2007 at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.  In addition, I was promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager after 2 months on my first job at Richville Hotel.  Among the tasks that I perform aside from the normal front office duties include speaking at seminars for University students, creating staff roster, coordinating with online booking agencies and creating monthly reports.
After 4 years, I moved to Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea where I worked as Guest Relations Manager at Airways Hotel then moved to its sister company, Lamana Hotel as Concierge Manager.  From being one of the bottom departments, the Concierge team has emerged to be one of the best departments with the employee of the quarter and nominees always coming from the Concierge team under my supervision.
In order to broaden my experience, I applied as an Executive Technical Support for Huawei Technologies based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was promoted as Social Media Specialist,  being awarded the top performer award consistently every month and one of the key employee of the team and was featured in the company newsletter.
