I am writing to express my interest in the CSR position. I recognize that you need someone who has experience in the Customer Service industry and this really excites me. I have strong knowledge in this field because I worked for Frontier Airlines for almost 4 years handling airline accommodations.
I am known for my calm and cheerful demeanor and excel at defusing tense situations with customers. I truly believe that the best sales associate are the one who listens, and I love working on different tasks to help the team. I a well versed in different customer services software like Zendesk, front, and Avaya. I’ve also been doing admin tasks which made me adept at using Google Sheets/docs.
?I've handled disputes and processed refunds to customers, we use PayPal and Stripe as our payment gateway. I also list down the processed refunds to invoice our partners. With this experience under my belt, I can also confidently say that my previous employers do trust me in handling their account information. So if you are looking for someone who has extensive experience in responding to customer inquiries and the payment and refund field, organizing sheets, someone you can trust, can think outside the box, good communicator, and can follow instructions religiously.
