I've been working as a Customer Service Associate to different BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) in our country for almost 5 years. My English communication developed greatly as well my interpersonal relationship with our customers. I've been enUpgrade to see actual infoing it since it developed as well my personality and work ethic.

I am proficient with Google Suites, Asana, Slack, Photoshop, Canva, CRM tools, Video & Photo Editing Software. I also have Shopify experience.

Most of the accounts I've handled are very prominent and big companies in the USA and Australia. I was assigned for Billing, Sales, and Technical Support. 

My specializations are as follows:
*Customer Sales and Service Representative - I am capable of providing 100% Smile Guarantee Services to my customers making sure that they will have a better picture as well as an understanding of what a product/service works. This is my field of expertise may it be inbound or outbound calls.

*Email Specialist - I am responsible for providing resolutions to customers' issues in a timely manner through the email platform.
 
*Real Estate Cold calling & Appointment Setter

*Quality Analyst - Listens and validates calls from a clients' perspective.

*Coaching and Administrative Tasks - Guarantees improvement among my teaUpgrade to see actual infomber by conducting one on one or team coaching. Manages real-time scores and updates everyone regarding their statistic rankings.

Social Media Marketing & Management - In charge of growing social media accounts organically.

* Training - Conducts training to new members of the team. Introduces them to concepts that will definitely help the company. This includes activities of self-awareness and growth mindset and more.

*Video Editing - I used to provide video editing services to clients may it be a one-time task or a long-term job. I use Filmora 9 and Adobe Premiere Pro as my editing software.

*Graphic Design

Multitasking is one of the skills that I am much proud of. This helps me do more things while on a job. I am able to work well under pressure.

I am looking for a job that could help me acquire a new skill set. I am very much willing to be trained and I am a fast learner. I can easily cope with the processes.
