Profile Description

1.  Knowledgeable on how to set-up and manage Amazon Account FBA and FBM.
2.  Creating and launching FBA items, Potential Private Label products and        Shipment Plan.
3. Creation and Optimization Amazon PPC and Product Promotions, Facebook and Google ADS.
4.  Expert on searching/listing profitable products to sell on Amazon. Also, Expert on using these following software/tools: 
Informed, webscrapper, Tactical Arbitrage, AZInsight, JungleScount, Keepa, Grabley SKU grid and AutoDs.
5. Managing and optimizing product listing on Amazon seller central, fixing errors in the enhancement list, Keyword Search, Bullet point, Product name, Product description and monitoring/analyses business report.
6.  Order Management, placing orders to the respective supplier website.
7.  Order Tracking and confirm shipment on Seller Central.
8. Process returns, refunds and cancellation request.
9. Answering buyer messages, A-Z guarantee claims and other store issues and concerns, like making Plan of action/Appeal letter to solve any store violation on Amazon Terms of Service and Policies.
10. Create Product Spreadsheet and Profit Tracker Spreadsheet using Google excel.
11. Performed other tasks in AMZ Seller Central.
