Profile Description

I'm a Digital Marketer who specializes in project and operations management in the digital marketing space. I believe in having a working knowledge in every aspect of marketing; from CRM and tech integrations, Website Design and Development, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Media Buying, Email Marketing, Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing. 
A digital marketing project manager probably works the hardest in any marketing agency - that's how it's always been for me. I work hard in ensuring both the client and my team are happy. I'm the grey area in between where all flaws are sorted before they reach the client, and the buffer for my team that catches any issues with a client.
Clients trust me to make things happen for them, and my team trusts me to help them make things happen. I work hard in ensuring I fill both shoes impeccably. I don't hand hold my team - but they know they can rely on me for input if they're ever Upgrade to see actual info's a trust earned both ways - and it's always built in mutual respect. That part about having working knowledge in almost all aspects? Simply put - there are times when I'd have to step in and do things myself e.g. media buyer on leave, email marketer in hospital, graphic designer and video editor in Ukraine. Things happen for everyone - but my team would always know I have their back, so guess that's why they also have mine.
