Profile Description

I have been working in BPO for 6 years and as a virtual Customer Support Admin which provides me with experience in customer service and back office. I too was given an opportunity to lead and handle a team. I got promoted as a Team Leader due to my outstanding performance and contributions. I have a positive mindset and a clear understanding of administrative tasks for both voice and non-voice accounts.
I have familiarity with using the following client tools such as; MS Office, Google Drive, Google Docs, Outlook, Gmail, Zendesk, Quickbooks, Justcall, Slack, and Upgrade to see actual info this position, I was responsible for the following
• Developing team objectives and creating a timeline for achievement
• Assigning tasks to individuals and teams and managing milestones
• Setting deadlines and confirming feasibility with all working parts
• Tracking team performance and readjusting schedules as needed
• Managing scheduling conflicts
• Organizing and supervising teambuilding summits held quarterly
• Completing performance reviews
