I used to work as a Customer Service Representative for 4 years where in i take in calls and assists customer's on fixing or troubleshooting there mobile phone issues like if they are having problems with there mobile internet or they are not being able to make calls or text. I also assists customer's who wants to buy load for there mobile phones and for them to be able to buy load for there mobile phones they have to use there credit or debit cards or they can also buy a service cards for me to be able to add load to there mobile phones.
