Profile Description

With multiple years of experience in the BPO industry under the most well known contact centers in the Philippines, I developed my communication and inter-personal skills which helped me get leadership roles.

I started with non-voice data entry tasks, moved on as a voice and email customer service representative, handled teams and eventually greatly improved on delivering reports by utilizing office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Spreadsheet.

Performing leadership tasks helped me a lot with time and activity management, creating logical action plans and ultimately meeting my passion of delivering excellent results by not just meeting but exceeding expectations.
