Graduate of a Bachelor Degree which is Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Since my work experiences are being a virtual assistant of an insurance, mortgage/excrow department. I do have experience being a virtual assistant, Mortgage insurance Department, For my daily tasks. I'm doing outbound/inbound calls, emails, and texts from the insured, banks/lenders, and the carrier. My task is for the renewal policy of the insured before the expiration date ends, I am making sure that the insured/client, has already processed the renewal policy premium, in the bank or lender, and if the lender doesn’t have the renewal declaration page, I am the one who will look it up in the carrier site example (American Integrity Insurance, Tower Hill Insurance, Centauri Insurance, and etc.), In the policy documents tab, I’ll make sure that the mortgagee clause information is correct and the loan no. Most of all, the total premium of the renewal policy.
For my daily tasks, I always coordinate with the escrow, carrier/company and with the insured/client. Handling transactions, documents, renewal declaration page, making an endorsement in carrier site.
