Profile Description

I used to work as a Customer Service and Sales representative for Sprint. I resolved customer’s billing issues and up sale products like mobile phones and accessories; and plan services that would suit the lifestyle of the customers. Also, I used to work for at n t dsl lines and did troubleshooting for internet connection problems. As an agent, I loved to help and extend an extra mile just to provide excellent customer service. Working in the industry for five years, I have always loved my job as a sales agent because I get an opportunity to help companies’ growth by selling products which I believed to be of help to customers. Since I never get tired of talking and connecting with people I've been doing sales all these years and still enjoying it because this is my passion.
