My name is Upgrade to see actual info, I worked in a BPO industry for 5 years doing order processing, customer service , sales, technical service then I did telemarketing, appointment setting , sales marketing, virtual assistant. I can say that I am an expert with this field because I am doing it for the longest time and I already know how to deal with all types of customers.
