Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
Recommend ( Sales & Promotions ) products and services to walk-in subscribers.
Maintains secrecy of data privacy by seeking authorizations letters and ID’s
Continuous probing to verify customer’s identity
Process change plan, change sim for postpaid and prepaid, change address or any modification requested by customer.
Process bill adjustment for possible system error or miscommunication done between sales agent and customer.
Approves change sim transactions, new line applications, and billing adjustments
Double check store equipment like laptops, demo units, and merchandise to be working properly.
Conduct field sales in destined company.
Strategize to achieve sales quota.
Acts as a Reliever in the absence of the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager.
Performs daily audit for the cashier.
Manage and guides vendor employees for their day to day transactions in the store.
