I am a licensed Architect and I've worked for the real-estate industry for almost (5) years where I reviewed architectural plans, canvassed building materials, created 2D/3D design, supervised the construction, monitored operations and coordinated with suppliers/clients/contractors.

I excel in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to further establish realistic project timelines. I have executed procurement strategies; identifying cost-effective solutions without compromising on the quality and design, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments as I possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling me to address issues and make timely decisions that keep projects on track.
