Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for over 8  years. I've handled telco specializing in billing for International clients. I also handled order taking for food and apparel for International clients. Other tasks I've handled but not limited to are cold calling, creating case reports, email support, appointment setting, etc. My most recent job was in Customer support for e-commerce, using zendesk, I handle all incoming emails and respond to them appropriately and in a timely manner.
