Profile Description

In a company where I'd worked, I've chosen as one of SAP account specialist and my work should be done the following :
- Creating purchase order numbers when we purchase stocks from suppliers
- Receiving of stocks arrived and uploaded the barcode to SAP using transaction code
- Creating sales order numbers to all stocks moving out until goods posted - Encoding all expenses incurred by the store on a daily basis
- Encoding all expenses to SAP with proper attachment like vouchers and receipts
- Correct encoding of transactions and in detailed
- Summarize all stocks intransit, sold and transferred every month
- Daily sending of reports with a tallied details of inventory in SAP against actual
- Inventory management was maintained
- Less errors and focused
In regards with Sales Marketing and Promotion, my other job is to do field work and promote our products and Upgrade to see actual info is also my job to provide customers' satisfaction and awareness to how unique our products and Upgrade to see actual info is also my job to overlook sales condition to meet monthly quota. And, I was part on the marketing program like distributing a flyers to public places, implementing marketing activites and the likes.
