Profile Description

I've worked as an English teacher for secondary students for two years, providing assistance and preparing applicable assessment activities to students who are learning the English language, and currently working as a customer service representative for a telecommunications company in the USA, answering incoming calls, providing customers with product and service information, and resolving their concerns as well. I also manage to update existing customer information and enter new customer information into the system. I am familiar with using MS Office, Google apps (mail, drive, calendar, photos, etc.), and social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

I am adaptable, fast learner, independent, and can work at my rhythm. I like to have a long-term, stable job where I can help you grow your business while working in the comfort of my home and a healthy working environment.
