Profile Description

I have experience in Customer Service handling phone calls, emails and chat. I also have experience in data entry as I worked in one of the largest Records Management Company in the U.S which is Iron Mountain. At the same time, we used to leave voicemail messages or do outbound calls there as well as when I was working for ADP. I'm a great multi-tasker as I was able to cater different kinds of support and can switch from one to another. I can work with minimal supervision and very detailed-oriented. I have knowledge and comfortable using Office Suites such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Doc, Slides and Sheets. I'm also good at using Gorgias, Zendesk for handling tickets and assigning appropriate status whether it should be on Hold, Pending or Solve depending on the resolution
made. I'm experienced with using My Teams, Microsoft Lync and Slack too.
