I am a highly capable professional with over 11 years of experience in the Travel Industry. This profession has taught me how to meet and go beyond each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I believe that to have and maintain loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal customers is the out-most importance in every company. I am a good leader who mentors the Staff with passion and humbleness to motivate and help them to excel. To make sure that our relationship will be bond with trust, camaraderie and commitment with one objective.

- In-depth knowledge in Amadeus System and basic knowledge with Sabre and Galileo.
- Ability to handle and book using different platform such as Viator, Klook, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia, Agoda, Hotelbeds, Get Your Guide, Veltra, Viator, Musement, Headout, Destination of the World & TBO.
- Ability to design Marketing Flyers for Company's Promotional Packages.
- Successful international travel experience including Asia, Middle East, Australia and Europe.
- Ability to multitask and quickly interpret complex information.
- Proficient internet research skills for customer information.
- Strong knowledge in credit card verification for online bookings to avoid fraudulent transaction.
- Ability to build strong relationship with clients.
