"I call it success to transform life to be better and better and learn each day." Hi! I'm Richell, 31 years old. I am a mother and a tutor to my 5-year-old child. I am a skilled and trained Virtual Assistant. I'm a person who is a party goer after work. I always want to travel and see things positively. By looking at the beautiful sceneries and mountains, all anxieties are gone. I am a person who is very dedicated to working; I always want to get things done. I don't stop learning until I've learned something. I am detail-oriented, very organized, and responsible in what I do. I worked before as a Client Support Specialist in a US Real Estate Account (Southern REO) to be specific, assisting the Transaction Coordinator with their tasks for two years in the BPO company. Through that, I gained experience, and this became my niche. It never went through that easy because at first, I didn't know anything about real estate, and fortunately, thanks to my client, he is patiently training me to all the tasks he gave me, and as time went by, everything went smoothly. Now, I am a Social Media Marketing Intern, and I've learned so much that I can also use this in my preferred niche. I also worked as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant under Kimberly Ann who taught me everything about California Real Estate and its tools, website, and apps using. I worked there for 4 months. To verify that, I can give you a reference check to the persons I worked with before. My goal is to help businesses, especially those who need help with their growing company. Expanding means increasing paperwork, and increasing paperwork means you need someone to help you with, and we are here to be the right hand for you. Save your time and focus on what is more predominant. Since High School until College, we've been using English and Filipino languages to communicate with each other. Making presentations, communicating with them in English on how they would understand me. Ofcourse, I am using English to talk with them and enhance my English communication skills. So I believe I'm good at it and can speak with the clients in English. I am pretty good at speaking English, but I am better at writing.
I've had experience as a Social Media Marketing last 2021, and I have created my own articles and put it on my website using WordPress. I've also created my own website and I am proud of it and still want to navigate it on my own. You can always check my content on my website.
I've done this when I was a Social Media Marketing Intern. One of my tasks is Content Creation using WordPress, Facebook, Instagram. I know how to Generate Leads when I am a Client Support Specialist before. I just want to add Affiliate Marketing because I've learned this outside work. I've used it before in my online store to build more traffic and sales using my Facebook Page, Involve Asia and Bitly for Backlinks.
I am knowledgeable in some of the programming languages we used and learned in my college years. Also, I learned WordPress in building portfolio.
I am also trained in basic Quickbooks Online in Global Strategic Business Process Solutions, Inc. I have also known basic Accounting since high school.
I've worked as a Client Support Specialist for one year and six months holding US Real Estate Account.
