I have enjoyed various executive positions throughout my career, including roles as a Virtual Assistant, Technical Support Specialist, and Client Success Manager. Virtual Assistant
- I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for three different companies, helping them acquire leads and manage marketing and operations. My responsibilities include various administrative tasks such as hiring cleaners, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and closing deals with clients. We utilized different types of CRM, cloud-based communication, and project management tools. I excel at executing significant ideas within given constraints.
Technical Support
- I have worked at Microsoft through a BPO. I began by assisting customers in resolving computer issues, and later, I was promoted to the role of Supervisor. As a Tech Support, I help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely on their computers. When I got promoted as a supervisor, my primary responsibility was to oversee the technical operations of a team or department, ensuring that technical systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Client Success Manager
- I always build and maintain strong relationships with clients. I ensure that I understand their needs, goals, and expectations for me to successfully help them. I manage the backend of their business, from acquiring leads to closing deals. I maintain regular communication to strengthen the weaknesses in their business by analyzing data and collaborating with others.
