Hi! This is Pearl, a Virtual Assistant with 6+ years of experience supporting clients across various industries including Admin Support, E-commerce, Content Creation, and Marketing Support. I totally understand how these tasks can be time-consuming, especially when there are probably other areas you can focus on to grow your business. So I'd love to take these off your hands.
In Administrative Support, I’ve managed email inboxes, calendars, travel arrangements, and online research. I’ve also formatted and filed documents, transcribed audio files, maintained databases, and created SOPs (standard operating procedures). My experience includes drafting email responses, updating CRMs, sending appointment reminders, preparing meeting agendas and notes, and handling light bookkeeping or expense tracking.
In E-commerce, I’ve fulfilled FBA orders, conducted product research, handled customer service inquiries, managed inventory, tracked shipments, and processed returns. I’ve also created business reports, optimized product listings (titles, descriptions, SEO), uploaded product images and SKUs, managed seller feedback, set up discount campaigns, and communicated with suppliers to support daily operations. Additionally, I’ve monitored account health and seller metrics.
For Content Creation, my work has included graphic design using Canva, designing business presentations, creating digital products like eBooks and templates, video editing, and updating websites. I’ve written captions, formatted blog posts, resized content for various platforms, created branded templates and thumbnails, and designed brand boards or style guides.
In Marketing Support, I’ve managed social media pages, scheduled posts using tools, supported email campaigns, and handled outreach efforts through email and social platforms. My tasks also included hashtag research, organizing and tagging email lists, writing simple email/newsletter copy, managing influencer outreach, tracking outreach in spreadsheets, producing basic engagement reports, and assisting with launch-related content and planning.

I’ve also worked as a Data Analyst / Genealogical Research Indexing Reviewer, which sharpened my eye for detail and ability to follow precise guidelines.
