Allow me to provide a snapshot of my professional journey. With a career spanning over 14 years, I have gained extensive experience in various BPO industries in the Philippines, holding roles as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), Technical Support Representative (TSR), and Sales Representative. After six years, I seized the opportunity to broaden my horizons by working internationally, specifically in the Middle Upgrade to see actual info my overseas stint, I initially served as a Customer Service Executive in a construction company, where my responsibilities encompassed back-office tasks. Subsequently, I transitioned to a position with a local insurance company, collaborating directly with the HR manager in roles related to administration and executive assistance.After seven years, I dUpgrade to see actual info to return home to the Philippines and resume my career as a Virtual Assistant.
