Profile Description

1) Documentation of all staff, Maintain and update staff data.
2) Maintain and update the record, cash Handling, data entry, assume receptionist duties when needed, additional administrative support as required.
3) Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Prepare and process Quotation/invoices/tax certificate/ other official letters,
4) Student Counseling, Admissions for different programs and Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of seminars, conferences workshops.
5) Process inquiries of Public and Private Organizations for Professional Training sessions and seminars as per requirement. Work on Government Funded projects PSDF, NAVTTC and NTB.
6) Assist in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness demonstrates continuous efforts to improve support operations & systems to streamline work processes and to increase the effectiveness efficiency of the program.
7) Also look after all office building through CCTV cameras and collaborate with Security Staff regarding internal and external Security requirement in Office building.
