In my 5 years, I have handled various positions such as administrative assistant, executive assistant, and accounting assistant and have gained knowledge and skills through them. • Processing disputes, uploading documents to fight chargebacks
• Handling and creating a database of merchant accounts using Google Sheets 
• Managing the database of merchant accounts and requesting a new password for accounts that need a new password from a client.
• Managing people and making sure they are following the correct procedures.
