Started working in the call center industry in August 2007 with IBM where English is the primary language. I have attended a few training to be able to learn interpersonal communication skills and the process of proper handling customer concerns and issues. I have learned the strategy of negotiating and delivering bad news by the use of positive scripting. Also able to adapt to a fast paced environment through time management and flexibility. In the industry of call center, the most important thing I have learned is that learning is a non-stop process. And to gain more knowledge, you need to learn to unlearn some things.
