My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I graduated last 2011 and has a previous work experiences in BPO industries. Usually handling inbound and outbound calls for money transfer, Health Care accounts and Insurances. Assisting clients through phone and provide appropriate solution. I’m also promoted as a Trainer for Email Support Campaign. Other than that, I also worked in Globe Telecom (one of the biggest Telecom in the Philippines) as an Admin Staff and Customer Service Representative. I have been exposed on different CRM tools and shifted my career starting February 2019 as a Homebased Freelancer.
