I am an experienced real estate VA and marketing assistant with Media Buying, CMA Report, CRM management, Lead Generation, Data Entry, and Social Media Management expertise.

I can help with the following tasks: 
- Managing CRM i.e LionDesk, InfusionSoft or Keap, BoomTown, Go High Level, KW Command, Mailchimp, Mojo Dialer, Follow Up Boss, and more.
- Landing Page tools i.e Active Campaign, Unbounce, Go High Level and ClickFunnels.- Setting up email marketing campaign.
- Organizing Lead database i.e removing duplicates, merging records, cleaning up names, etc.  
- Moving Leads through the Sales Pipeline and correctly categorizing leads.
- Importing and exporting leads into the CRM, adding tags, and setting up E-alerts.
- Hubspot, Ring Central, Vonage, Mojo Dialer,- Zapier, Dropbox, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Office 365.
- Lead Generation Ads on Facebook 
- Managing leads from FB ads- All kinds of research tasks, data mining/scraping, data entry
