Hello Good day!
I have been a customer service specialist for almost a year. I was assigned in Ecommerce department to entertain customers with their queries. We deal also with customers in regarding their credit account with the company that I worked before. I also worked as a Administrative Assistant for 3 years performing administrative tasks to support daily business operations. Maintaining on organized filling system and restocking office supplies as needed, responding to phone calls or emails.
I am willing to learn new technique for me to be more productive and efficient for your business. Also I'm able to work under pressure given the circumstances and nature of the task at hand.
