My main concern is my client's satisfaction and the best way to prove this is to share the experience with you. I've been a part of the BPO industry for about 6 years. I've handled various accounts,both inbound and outbound. Also,voice and non-voice accounts. I dialed for sales but customer service more so. Recently,as a team leader I was able to develop my skills with documentation as well as other facets of the job aside from making calls. For the past few months,while supervising a team I was also dialing for appointment setting accounts which I consider my niche.
