Profile Description

I have been working in the call center industry for over five years now and I think it's time to head out of the confined space of the office and make any place with internet connection my own workplace. My skills and experiences and ranging from the following:
1. Outbound/ Inbound Sales - pitching product specific services and/or offering upgrades to existing product or services. I can do Hardselling as well.
2. Customer Service Associate/ Virtual Assistant - I can represent your company two various individual or entity. I can also provide in-dept assistance to clients/customers that needs guidance
in using or understanding how the product or service works.
3. Data Entry/ Analyst - In line with #2, I am very well in analyzing data and much as putting them into a file for translation and analysis to gain knowledge of trend in the business or mood of any client/customer contacts.
