I'm Upgrade to see actual info, 29 years old, living here in the Philippines. I work full-time as a multitasking VA. My primary responsibilities include working on Shopify and fulfilling tasks such as processing orders to suppliers and Aliexpress, conducting product research, and providing customer support. I ensure that all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers complete their assigned tasks and meet deadlines, specifically focusing on product research and listing. I make sure that all orders are fulfilled promptly and that all emails and concerns are addressed. Additionally, I handle exporting orders from Shopify, preparing CSV files for each supplier (whether they are in-house or on Aliexpress), requesting quotations, and checking if they meet the target cost. Once confirmed, I fulfill the orders with the supplier. After verifying the invoices from suppliers, I request payment and add tracking details. For product research, I utilize ad spy tools to identify winning ads, although I also engage in manual spying using the Facebook ads library. The winning products I look for should be unique and able to solve problems, especially in areas like beauty products and tools that cannot be bought over the counter. Regarding customer support, I handle customer concerns, particularly those related to the products I fulfill. When it comes to refunds and replacements, I assess the buyer's reason and check it against our store policy before taking appropriate action. My additional responsibilities include resolving disputes on platforms such as PayPal, Shopify, Klarna, and Airwallex. I also work as a Social Media Manager (SMM), where my tasks involve monitoring and moderating Facebook pages, responding to customer inquiries, hiding negative feedback, and ensuring the page remains clean. Additionally, I create and post content and promote products on the Facebook page.
