Community Development Assistant: As a Community Development Assistant, we gather data relating to Land Entitlements, provide Public services relating to Land Titles, set up seminars and data entry, maintain the performance of the computers in the department, and provide Technical Support.

InfoTech/EDP Personnel: It is a Desktop Support Technician in a retail store, where I provide technical assistance, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure that the computer systems are optimally working. 

Remote Desktop Support Technician (Computer Support Specialist): I move to a Remote Desktop Support technician role in PeoplePlus Tech. I provide remote assistance to the end-users, resolve technical issues, provide excellent customer service, computer optimization or tuning up, and Software Installation.
