I am an experienced Customer Service Representative with a Five-Star Average Customer Satisfaction Rating and a Senior Credit Consultant With Six Years of Experience Managing Data and Digital Campaigns. I also have held a Real Estate Cold Calling job and have favorable references or reviews. Another thing is I used to work for a client with tasks of fulfilling orders in AliExpress, Shopify, and Oberlo. Order files were submitted in an Excel spreadsheet. I also did the tracking of unfulfilled orders and checking of status. Using Zendesk, I was also able to interact with customers in handling complaints and providing information about our products and services. I have good writing skills and I am more than willing to understand more how content works on the social web.
