Profile Description

I have three years of experience as a member of the escalations team, providing support for the Airbnb platform, and a total of 8 years in the customer service industry.
My role as a case manager required me to handle the most complicated issues and make decisions that resulted in the best outcome for both guests and hosts.
As a part of the Guest Services team, I managed supervisor calls, processed refunds, and contested reviews to maintain a high rating and Superhost status.
I am now an onboarding manager, responsible for creating and publishing listings on multiple platforms, ensuring that everything is in order before going live, and making sure that reservations are secured.
Additionally, I provide support to the guest experience team by answering customer inquiries and requests via various channels.
