For the technical issues, we do basic troubleshooting like power cycle and if it is still the same, we suggest to connect to technical support associate.
And if they are confused with regards with their bills,
we check the bill image and explain the breakdown of the charges,
but other customers just want a payment extension. If the plan is off contract, we suggest
to recontract and advised the must mentions and plan inclusions but if they want to upgrade the device we connect to sales team. Some customers want to check the order status and others want to change the device color or the handset itself. Others want to change the shipping address and others just want to cancel the order. There are different concern for every customer that we assist.
