Hi there, my name is Darren Alcarde, I'm a licensed registered nurse for both Philippine and also an NCLEX passer with mainland license and a kickass freelance virtual assistant working from home since 2012.I have over 9 years of solid work experience in customer service, dealing with customers, clients and bosses, coordinating with different departments within the organization as well as external institutions, performing administrative duties and handling multiple tasks.Addition to that, I do have extensive exposure working in call centers and business process outsourcing companies wherein I have handled US accounts T-Mobile, RealDose Nutrition, WAHU, Comcast and Vitaver, and Associates.I also have experience in doing customer service tasks through a different medium (phone, email, and chat), order processing, billing, collections, payments and refund processes.I have worked in a home-based setup for more than 6 years now with experience working as a General Admin VA, customer support and researcher/ recruiter.
