Profile Description

I am a licensed civil engineer. I passed the board exam last nov 2017. I had scholarships during my college years. 

I worked as technical services engineer in my most recent corporate job and the task revolved around construction permit and licenses application for condominium projects. Application for permits involves preparation of documents and requirements in organized and accurate manner. The task also requires great communication skills with government agencies  since the permits are applied to them. Constant  coordination and teamwork with other departments are also necessary since the requirements will be provided by them. I was also tasked to monitor the Real property tax payment of all the condominium units hence, my data entry skill was developed.

I am an all around employee since our job description was not really specific. I am very adaptable and I can work with minimum supervision. 

As of the Upgrade to see actual infont, I am working full time as a Product Researcher for Online Arbitrage.
