I was in the BPO industry for 7 years. I've handled email support for 3 years and handled chat support for 2 years for a networking brand. I was also part of the Quality Assurance team for almost 2 years.

including Microsoft Office suites, Internet Upgrade to see actual infoputer literate with
comprehensive knowledge on the following software: Microsoft / MAC OSX .
