Profile Description

My entire career has concentrated on the field of customer service. "Don’t
leave them unhappy," I always tell myself when I'm dealing with customers
or clients. I make it a point to keep achieving what I'm capable of. I'm still
looking around. As a result, I am able to do the task at hand, satisfy the
customer, and share a little bit of life with them, allowing them to go about
their day with a smile. So, if you're seeking someone who can achieve
exceptional things for ordinary people, I'd like to introduce myself not only
as your assistant but as your superhero.

Here are the major roles I've done in my career:
- Sales representative for mobile phones, mobile plans, tablets, etc.
- Customer representative for a telephone and internet service.
- Customer care specialist for the largest Telco in the US.

- Google Drive/ G- Suite (Google Docs, sheet, slide, calendar and meet).
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint).
- VideoEditing using Filmora.
- Photo Editing/Graphic designing using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Email and social media management.
- Knowledgeable in project management software such as Asana, ActiveCampaign, and Trello.
- Knowledgeable in communication software such as Skype, MS Teams, Hangouts, WhatsApp, and Slack.
- Data Entry with Web research.

I like to work with other administrative tasks, so if I am given a chance to do
something on it, whatever that is, I will be more than willing to showcase what I got.
