Customer Service / Medical Virtual Assistant / Admin Assistant / Data Entry
Accuracy, Proficiency, Assistance, Service, Satisfaction, Timeliness. These are my primary aims in rendering jobs to every client that I will work for. I have almost 4 years of experience as Customer Service Representative, in 3 years there I handled Healthcare account. I also worked as a Data Entry Clerk for 5 years which main tasks are administrative work and 4 years and 8 months working as a Business Process Associate for Real Property Tax account which main tasks are data entry and research. I am very familiar with using all Microsoft offices, Google products and Canva. I am also a person who is very open to learning and to being trained should it be needed for the tasks I will handle.
